Support Dates
Our support dates are based on our first release for each new version of Microsoft Dynamics® GP. When Microsoft releases a new version of Dynamics, we release a compatible version of our product as soon as possible.
We always support the latest release of our products for both the current and the last prior version of Microsoft Dynamics® GP.
In the event that Microsoft discontinues a product line, our support of DynamicZip for that discontinued product will continue for 24 months after our first official release date of our latest version of DynamicZip for that discontinued product.
In order to continue to bring you the best product we can and provide the best support, we will only support our latest build for any particular release.
