KampData provides unlimited free phone support for a period of 90 days commencing with the purchase of one of our products. Unlimited email and web based support is available at no charge for as long as we are supporting the release of the product that you are using. Please follow the link below for more information on support discontinuation dates. After the 90 days of unlimited free phone support, additional phone support is available as follows:

Phone Support Incidents:

End users that are current on their enhancements*:

$75.00 per incident

End users that are not current on their enhancements*:

$150.00 per incident

*The annual fee for Enhancements includes any new versions and/or service packs that may be released for the product during the term of the subscription. New releases are posted to our web site and end users who have subscribed to the appropriate product's newsletter will be notified when releases are available. Also included in the annual fee is free unlimited email support.
