Before requesting support please review the
DynamicZip
Help by pressing F1 or the Help icon in any DynamicZip window. You can
download a printed copy from our
Documentation page, also please be sure you have taken a look through
our FAQs, Training Center, Troubleshooting page, and White Papers as your
question may have already been answered.
When requesting support please provide as much detail and information as
possible (what you were doing, the steps you followed, any other third party
products in use, etc.), this will help us resolve your issue quicker.
Screen
prints of error messages, copies of reports, and/or log files can also be
helpful to us when trying to track down a problem.
For your convenience you may either use the
support request
form to submit your support request, or if you prefer you can email us
at
support@kampdata.com. However, if you use
the form you are automatically assigned an issue number, and will receive a
confirmation email with the information you filled out on the form.
